Katie’s specialized construction knowledge allows her to act as a trusted liaison between her clients and their builder. Her talent lies in partnering with busy professionals and families who seek solace in the water, guiding them through the intricacies of a renovation or new build.
Katie’s work represents the pinnacle of Waterfront living, having been recognized with the People’s Choice Award for Best of Houzz 2023, Annapolis Home Magazine, Forbes and Whats Up Annapolis Best Interior Design Firm for 2024.
Jenna Sidney

Client Liaison
Working in education for over 10 years, Jenna is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about problem solving. Having a sister who is an interior designer, Jenna decided to make the career leap from education to interior design.
As project manager, Jenna is known as the creative problem solver who works her magic when it comes to vendor relations, procurement, and project management. Jenna also acts as our client concierge assisting clients with scheduling, communication needs and guidance throughout the life of their project.
When not in the office, Jenna can be found exploring the lakes near her home, exercising, and spending time with her husband and two young children.
