Katie’s design philosophy is rooted in the belief that beauty and function are necessities, not luxuries. Her talent lies in partnering with busy professionals and families who seek solace in the water, guiding them through the intricacies of a renovation or new build. Her thoughtful approach ensures that every space she touches enhances both daily life and the joy of living.
With extensive construction knowledge, Katie collaborates closely with both the client’s builder and architect, ensuring seamless coordination from design to execution. Her unique ability to manage both the creative and practical aspects of design makes her an invaluable asset in bringing homes to life.Her global experience, gained from 20 years of living and renovating homes across the U.S. and Europe, informs her designs, which blend warmth, function, and sophistication.
Katie’s work has been featured in Annapolis Home Magazine and Forbes, with accolades for Best of Houzz 2023, What’s Up Annapolis Best Interior Design Firm 2024, and the 2024 Design Excellence Award from Annapolis Home Magazine.
Jenna Sidney

Client CONCIERGE
Working in education for over 10 years, Jenna is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about problem solving. Having a sister who is an interior designer, Jenna decided to make the career leap from education to interior design.
As project manager, Jenna is known as the creative problem solver who works her magic when it comes to vendor relations, procurement, and project management. Jenna also acts as our client concierge assisting clients with scheduling, communication needs and guidance throughout the life of their project.
When not in the office, Jenna can be found exploring the lakes near her home, exercising, and spending time with her husband and two young children.
