During construction we serve as your advisor and liaison with the build team. We attend site visits, review details with contractors, and ensure the design intent is carefully executed. Our role is to guide the process and safeguard the integrity of the design.
5: construction
We begin with an in-depth discovery meeting to understand how you live, what inspires you, and how your home should function. During this phase we collaborate with the architect and builder to establish a strong foundation for the project. This research informs every design decision that follows.
1: RESEARCH & PROGRAMMING
7: THE GRAND REVEAL
The final phase is when the design fully comes to life. Our team coordinates the white-glove delivery and installation of all furnishings, artwork, and decorative elements, carefully placing and styling each piece throughout the home. Once every detail is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough before welcoming you back for the grand reveal—experiencing your home fully realized and ready to enjoy.
From our research, we craft the overall design direction for your home. This includes conceptual layouts, aesthetic direction, and the guiding vision that will shape every space. We review these ideas together and confirm alignment with the overall design intent and anticipated investment.
2: VISION & CONCEPT
During this phase, we refine the design and develop the details that will shape your home. Our team prepares drawings, 3D renderings, and curated material selections to further articulate the design direction. We conclude with a comprehensive design presentation where we review each element together, gather your feedback, and confirm alignment before moving forward.
3: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the design direction is approved, we finalize every selection required for construction including:
- cabinetry and millwork
- lighting and plumbing fixtures
- appliances
- tile, stone, and surface materials
4: FINALIZING FINISHES, FIXTURES & APPLICANCES
As construction approaches completion, we begin defining the furnishing plan for your home. This phase focuses on selecting furniture, lighting, artwork, and accessories that complement the architectural framework and interior palette. Each piece is chosen to add depth, comfort, and personality while reinforcing the overall design vision.
