Katie specialize in two key concepts, design and construction, and is involved from framing to furniture installation. Katie partners with her clients as their trusted advisor and project liaison. Her dedication to her clients is noticeable through the friendships that are formed along the design-build journey which is why she only partners with a select few clients each year.

Our Signature process
I.
Consultation
After you fill out the contact form on our website, we will schedule a phone call to discuss your project and design scope. We’ll walk you through our design process and, if we are a good fit for your project, we will schedule an in-person meeting. During our consultation meeting we will take a deep dive into your aesthetic, wish list for your project, and timeline.
II.
SOW Proposal
After the in home consultation, we will schedule a Scope of Work presentation where we will review a detailed description of your scope, our estimated design fee, materials investment for interior furnishings and estimated cost of materials needed for you renovation or new build (if not provided by your builder). Once we agree on an estimated budget, we will start the research phase of design.
III.
Research & Design
Once the proposal is approved we will schedule a kick off meeting to discuss next steps. If we are consulting on a renovation or new build, we start with finish selections, such as tile, cabinetry, countertops, and lighting. If this is a large-scale interior furnishings project, we would jump right into floor plans and furniture selections.
IV.
Presentation
Once we have finished your design plan, we will schedule a design presentation that will include floor plans, renderings, elevations, and finish samples.
V.
Procurement
After you have approved all items, procurement phase begins. We order all of your items and as they come in, they are stored at a receiving warehouse. You will be sent weekly updates from your project manager until we are ready for installation.
VI.
Install
Once all items have been received and inspected, we install everything in your home. Then we schedule the long awaited reveal day where you get to see your unique design come together in real life. The day you have been waiting for since the projects inception.
