Wardour Waterfront Reimagined, epitomizes modern luxury on the sought-after waterfront peninsula in Annapolis, overlooking the iconic Naval Academy Bridge. This legacy home has been transformed to fully embrace its stunning waterfront location, offering unparalleled vistas and a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The heart of the home, the kitchen, was relocated from the front, overlooking the tennis court, to the back to maximize the breathtaking waterfront views. The old exterior porch was rebuilt to extend the kitchen, creating two distinct functional spaces: a cozy sitting area and an elegant dining area, perfect for savoring the expansive scenery. In the living room, custom built-in’s were added along with furnishings that draw inspiration from the surrounding waterfront vistas. Our goal was to incorporate materials and textures that echo the natural beauty outside. The primary bedroom and bathroom received a meticulous reimagining, transforming it into a spa like escape. This large scale renovation's primary goal was to make the breathtaking views of the bridge the focal point of the design.

The master suite underwent a comprehensive renovation, reimagining the master bath and closets to be more cohesive with the bedroom. Previously, the bathroom was accessed through a closet, and the entire area was compartmentalized. Now, elegant French doors open into the bathroom, which features separate his and her closets and a luxurious spa area. The standalone tub and expansive double shower, with its panoramic views of the Severn River and Naval Academy Bridge, have become focal points. We capitalized on the best views in the house by transforming a formerly cramped and dated toilet room into a spacious double shower.
